Today I learned about a Houston resident physician who was decapitated in a terrible elevator accident in which his head was stuck inside the elevator with several horrified individuals until someone was able to come and free them.

I remember that; stuck his head in instead of sticking in his hand or arm.
One instance where not thinking and using your head are opposite.
Without this title description, I would never have known this accident was “terrible.”

How did the body end up in the shaft? Why wouldn’t it stay on the same floor he was trying to enter from?

This articles writing style is terrible. I just want the news not a story about how decapitation is usually never imaginable
