  1. Sadly, school/mass shootings. Yes, the happened when my generation was young (20-30 years ago), but nowadays it’s like every few days there’s another mass shooting somewhere, and there’s a school shooting every few weeks. My daughter is terrified of school because she’s worried it’ll happen here.

  2. The mine field of issues with living so much more in a virtual world: Cyber-bullying, peer pressure, exposure to age inappropriate content, fake news and then there’s them living with the fact the world is imploding, be it war or climate change. I’m depressed for my kids.

  3. Constant surveillance and tracking. Ring cameras at every front door and in every backyard. Trackers on their phones

Photographic evidence of every stupid decision posted online for all to see

The ability to be mediocre. Every kid has a resume 12 pages long

  4. The inevitable devastation that will be caused by inevitable climate change.

Depending on which generation we’re talking about, obviously getting recorded.

The biggest automation in history(AI), costing many, MANY people their jobs, at least temporarily. And the consequences of that.
