Sushi, oysters or any raw fish. I ran a seafood company once, I know too much about parasites, bacteria and shitty refrigeration systems all along the food distribution chain. I don’t trust people trying to make a profit to always do the right thing. I know, I know, all of you have never gotten sick. I get it. Keep rolling the dice guys and girls, it will come up fish eyes one time and you will never eat raw fish again.
