People think people in Africa live in huts. Nope Africa is beautiful. So many beautiful areas to live. Yes they have a poor side and a rich side but it is still beautiful. Plus not all Nigerians are scammers/419.

Me: Kenya is a country *in* Africa.
“No, Africa is a country.”
Me: OK, what continent is Africa on?
“Africa is part of Asia.”
Me: And Kenya is the capital? Who’s the president?

The wildest misconception of Africa that I have ever heard of is that Africa is a country. Africa is actually a continent made up of many different countries.
That it’s anything other than a pop music masterpiece. I don’t know if the record still holds, but the members of Toto used to collectively appear on more studio albums than any other group of musicians. They’re all extraordinarily accomplished studio artists in their own right and Africa might be the greatest song they ever recorded.
That Kilimanjaro rises from the Serengeti. Toto lied to all of us!
