TIL a high school student, Johanna Mankiewicz, wrote Albert Einstein for his help on a geometry problem. In order not to divulge the entire solution, Einstein’s response only added to her confusion, resulting in a newspaper headline, “Einstein flunks out as geometry teacher.”
