  1. During WWI the US Navy was looking for German outposts and ran across a small island in the Pacific where the Mexican soldiers had all died and all that remained was the wives and children of the soldiers.

  2. If, god forbid, I’m ever in a war and get sent to an island, I’m just going to start yelling to the other side that they surrendered weeks ago in the hopes that they don’t know differently
