As far as MA goes it is a no fault divorce state. Nobody here is gonna get arrested for adultery. MA may have blue laws on the books but these have predominantly been dismissed. There might still be a law forbidding feeding toddlers pickles for all I know, but there isn’t anyway anyone is getting pinched for adultery in MA in this day. The article is ambiguous at best.
Only to the extent that it’s grounds for divorce.
