The excuse I read that the Catholic priest used was (paraphrasing) ‘At least the Nazis don’t burn down churches – the Russians just destroy EVERYTHING & kill everybody.’
Yeah, it is crazy to voice this but the Catholic church has done other horrible stuff beside raping kids.
