TIL During a break in filming Gladiator (2000), Oliver Reed ended up at a bar and drank eight pints of lager, a dozen shots of rum, half a bottle of whiskey and a few shots of Hennessy. The 61 year old actor then beat 5 Royal Navy sailors in an arm wrestling contest and collapsed on the floor dead.
