    Kodak put out the first digital cameras then doubled down on chemical film until damn near the entire company collapsed.

  2. The thing that blockbuster taught us was how much money there is to be made buy running rental businesses. You’re basically selling the same thing over and over again. Wayne Huizenga did it with blockbuster and with Waste Management, where he rented dumpsters. If you can think of the thing to rent you can get rich.
