I just want all these corporations to know that I am available to type an arial font on a slightly colored background for them if they ever need a place to put $100m
Gap is one of only a few companies that can NEVER change their logo. Number one on that list is Coca-Cola. They wouldn’t dare.
Wtf. Big business trolls customers into remember and buying their brand.
They basically just decided to borrow American Apparel’s font. And their business strategy.
I generally don’t wear clothing with the manufacturers’ logos, and I really don’t care what they look like.

TIL that Gap wasted 9 figures in 2010 for a fucking bland font logo.
Why tf would it cost 100m to change fonts, shrink the blue square and move it to the right?
Like when coke tried New Coke.
Though some still think that was completely planned so people forgot what real sugar coke tasted like vs the new HFCS coke classic.
