TIL in 2019, a UK government agency declared that anyone with at least 30,000 followers on social media is classified a ‘celebrity’ and can’t breach advertising regulations.

Did they define social media as well?
That’s a pretty low bar. No wonder I never recognise anyone on “I’m a celebrity get me out of here” or “celebrity big brother”
