Nothing says romance like randomness fueled by desperation.
Good idea but also I think the magic would be lost when they realize you dumped 2k bottles. Like even 20 bottles a woman would be like “urmurgurd it was like so romantic like the chances that I found that bottle? It makes sense though Bc my horoscope said something about someone’s trash is treasure or something.”
