Audi had to make a special horn for their cars going to India because they would get worn out from overuse.

It’s because 2% of road vehicles carry 22% of all road traffic passengers.
Hard to believe, with no traffic lights, signs or rules whatsoever. Every day is thunderdome getting to work.
It’s the worst traffic and driving I’ve ever seen. Last time I was in Bangalore/Bengaluru I watched a guy on a scooter get squashed between the sides of two trucks as he tried to zip between them.
My favorite was the episode of *Ice Road Truckers* (a fun show on its own) where they sent drivers to drive trucks in India. They all had mental breakdowns, it was insane.
