TIL Mary Florence “Flo” Fike Barnett, the leader of the Church of Scientology’s mother in law was found dead at age 52 from a shot to the head from a Ruger 10/22 rifle. The body also had three rifle shot wounds to the chest. Her death was ruled a suicide.
