  1. There is an area in Augsburg called the “Fuggerviertel”. It belongs to an 500 year old foundation founded by the Fugger. You can rent flats there for about 1 Dollar a month because it says in the foundation contracts that people who rent there shouldn’t pay more than x amount (of what ever the currency was at that time ). Inflation didn’t exist than.
