TIL that because Jaffa Cakes go through a reservoir of chocolate during manufacturing, the chocolate part is actually the bottom of the Jaffa Cake, not the top.

Lies!! Clearly they just take the biscuit, turn it upside down and then put it in chocolate. Then turn it back over again.
