That’s how assets work.
That money was paid to their creditors.
That’s how bankruptcy works.
Isn’t that kinda how it works tho? They owned something. They sold it. And they probably paid bills with it.
It was the bankruptcy manager that asked for a payout. They are required to negotiate the best deal of creditors.
