Weirdly my father in law has a stuffed version of this cat in his living room, all curled up. Underneath its flat and has the tale…(deliberately avoiding the pun….)
Not just any medal, the Dickin Medal. It is the animal version of the Victoria Cross or Medal of Honor.
Given to many pigeons, dogs and horses.
