TIL that in 2012 F1 team Lotus agreed to pay Kimi Raikkonen around 50,000 euros for every point he scores in two years. Kimi ended up scoring 390 points in those two years resulting in 19.4 million euros bonus (higher than his salary), which almost ended up bankrupting Lotus.
