  2. I hate this musical so much.

    A bunch of dipshit artists with aids are mad one of their friends pulled himself up out of the gutter and bought the building they live in, and *gasp* wants to charge them rent.

  3. Rent is swell when you’re a kid.

    Rent as an adult is annoying as fuck.

    The musical is simple. It came along at the right time with the right circumstances.

    If it came out today, It would be lost off, off, off Broadway.
