TIL That most cats are lactose intolerant and should not have milk. Despite what TV and cartoons have told me my whole life , milk is a no no for most cats . Cats are mammals and mostly lactose intolerant. After the breastfeeding period mammals slowly lose the enzyme to break down Lactose

My daughter told me this after cat sitting for a friend who works for a vet. My daughter poured some milk out for the cat to enjoy . The cat enjoyed it and then proceeded to have a terrible case of diarrhea 😳
Lactose-free milk is fine though.
My cat loves a little 2% milk once in a while.
Animals shouldnt drink the milk that’s for another animals child, Ground breaking
There is special cat milk which works great
Blood on the other hand, a-ok. Nice bowl of blood for mittens.
