  1. primary idea behind cattle was that they eat stuff that is inedible to humans, so we can convert grass and hay into food.

    not like a cow buys plastic bottles of water… it’s mostly rain…

  2. What? I remember milking cows as a kid on my grandma’s farm in the Caribbean. Just double boil/pasteurize, all good. I know they process it in factories to separate it but this seems just inefficient. Article also seems weird with a personal undertone. Says milk is bad but no citations.
