  3. Gets income from employment at A Wuhan university doesnt declare the money when arriving back to the states with bag of cash with $50,000 to $100,000 inside then proceeds to say he didnt do it for the money and that he was just “young and stupid” . He ain’t stupid but his bs story sure is.
