TIL that the longest baseball game in history was a AAA game played on April 18, 1981 between the Pawtucket Red Sox and the Rochester Red Wings. It lasted over 8 hours and was suspended by the league president. They finished the game 2 months later, and in the 33rd inning Pawtucket won 3-2.
