  1. The Bible says charging interest and giving loans is wrong basically.

    It’s interesting the stuff that gets over looked but where people stick their dicks is still focused on.

  2. In the Summa Theologica, the reasoning is that you can charge for the rental of an item, but since money is the use of an item its the same as charging money to use money, and thats prohibited. But thats an old book and I don’t know anything after Vatican II which may have changed things.
