I actually read about it in this [forbes article](https://www.forbes.com/sites/arielcohen/2021/02/08/what-is-behind-the-us-navys-ufo-fusion-energy-patent/?sh=1b278bfa4733), but apparently that’s not a valid source. The forbes article links to all of the actual patents and offers a few different explanations for them too.
