The kid in me believes there’s an entire utopian universe that exists in each of these.
My family LOVES romanesco… When we can find it, that is. Flavor and texture wise, it’s somewhere between broccoli and cauliflower and it pairs well with a lot of other foods.

This means romanescos are sentient and should not be eaten. Steers and hogs and poultry are random and therefore safe to eat.
