TIL those “stay back, not responsible for broken windshield” signs on trucks are meaningless legally. The driver or company is still responsible if things like rocks fall off their truck and cause damage

Is publicly lying legal? Like no resposibility at all for cheating? Probably plenty of people lost their money on repairs because thought it was their fault

The I-95 in Florida is famous for its impalements of following drivers due to unsecured loads.
It is good advice either way and people are apt to comply if you make it sound formal…I really wish all fake news was this helpful
