TIL Until 2015 Florida had a prohibition era law on the books that prohibited the sale of beer and other malt liquors to containers that held either 32 ounces or fewer or 128 ounces or more. Any container between those, such as the 64 ounce growlers used by craft brewers, was banned.

What’s the purpose of that law?
I grew up without 40’s for crying out loud, my youth was incomplete without 40’s of OE!!!!!!
Word salad
Fewer than 32 ounces? So no bottles or cans?
You still can’t buy 40’s or 30-packs here, to my knowledge
