  1. I think the title is wrong or inedequate. Not ops but the study.

    Short term Diets like intermittent fasting shrink fat cells that’s for sure. The issue is people give up when there’s a plateau and go back to eating more.

    To truly reduce fat cells is to deprive them of energy to the point they disappear. Hence long term dieting helps
