TIL when you are invited by Mongolian people to their house, you should always keep your sleeves rolled down. It’s considered impolite to show your wrists to someone !

Customs like this fascinate me. Like, for years I was under the impression that Disney workers point with two fingers because some culture found it offensive. Now im old and I realize its to mimick Ol’ Walt cus he always had a cigarette between his fingers…
Sleeves up and wear wristbands whether it’s the sweater kind or the leather kind.
From my experience with the nomads many years ago there are several of those customs they absolutely do not adhere to. Might just be a city dweller thing.
