Fried rice hits the spot
Papas con carne which is basically potatoes and ground beef with Mexican seasonings, it’s like poor people food lol but man it’s what I was raised on. With some rice and beans and tortillas, made right, that shit feels like when that dude from ratatouille ate Remys ratatouille.
